Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
Oversees modifications, additions, or alterations over all original construction, residences, and lots.
Budget/Finance Committee
Assists Board with operating budget preparation and managing of expenditures.
Bylaws Committee
Assists Board in ensuring Bylaws are current and in good standing with current law.
Communications Committee
Assists Board in dissemination of information via website, newsletters, emails.
Grounds/Facilities
Assists Board in evaluating the management and maintenance of common areas and amenities, i.e. the lakes, landscaping, and pool .
Social/Events
Assists the Board in planning various social events.
