Dear Lakes of Pine Forest Homeowner,
The annual meeting of the Lakes of Pine Forest Homeowners Association will be held
Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 6:00 PM
Steve Radack Community Center
18650 Clay Rd.
Please accept the attached letter as the official call for nominations.
Any homeowner is welcome to run for the
Board or nominate a candidate.
Your community's governing documents set the specific eligibility
rules, and we'll confirm them before the ballot is finalized. You may nominate yourself or a neighbor.
The purpose of this meeting is to elect one (1) member of the Board of
Directors to serve a three (3) year term and to discuss the affairs of the Association.
